What items do you take?
We take all electronics — with or without batteries or cords — plus scrap metal, appliances, and general junk. We accept nearly everything except radioactive materials, so if you're unsure about an item, just ask.
How fast can you come out?
Quickly. Once we have the details of your job — what you have, roughly how much, and where it is — we'll respond fast with a quote and a pickup time.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We serve homeowners, businesses, property managers, and organizations of all sizes — from a single-item pickup to full office or facility cleanouts.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Columbia and serve the greater mid-Missouri area, including Jefferson City, Ashland, Fulton, Boonville, and Centralia. Outside that area? Reach out — we regularly take jobs further out.
What happens to my items after pickup?
Nothing we haul goes straight to a landfill. Everything is sorted and sent to Missouri-based recycling companies we partner with, where materials are recovered, reused, and repurposed as much as possible. When you hire Erb's, your junk stays out of the ground and in the local economy.
Is my data safe on old computers and hard drives?
Yes. All data-bearing devices — computers, hard drives, phones — have their data wiped during the recycling process, so nothing personal or business-related survives the device.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
